Setup and scope

Typical setup fees are GBP 500-GBP 1,500 for Core Workspace and GBP 1,000-GBP 3,500 for Managed Business Workspace, with discovery-led design.

DeskBridge prices bounded service responsibility. Unmanaged software sprawl, managed integrations or unusual data requirements is handled through the managed service alignment process.

Data access assurance options

Key custody affects price, support and recovery design. DeskBridge Managed Keys are the normal baseline where the client wants the strongest managed-service capability. Customer-Controlled Keys are priced as an Assurance option. Customer-Held / Zero-Knowledge Keys are quoted as a design tier because they change recovery, support and feature assumptions.

  • DeskBridge Managed Keys: included baseline where encryption is in service scope. Caveat: privileged DeskBridge operators may technically access protected service data for authorised support, recovery, migration, security or lawful operation; such access should be tied to audit, support or change evidence.
  • Customer-Controlled Keys: from GBP 350/month or quoted. Caveat: restore, migration, search, scanning, legal hold and support may require client key approval.
  • Customer-Held / Zero-Knowledge Keys: quoted design tier. Caveat: lost keys may mean unrecoverable data and some managed-service features may be unavailable or reduced.
