What assurance means here
Assurance is evidence-backed operation. It is the operating evidence layer for certification, compliance and audit conversations.
Client dashboard access
Where included in the service scope, nominated client administrators, approvers or management users can access a client dashboard for client-safe service visibility. The dashboard entry route is available at /client-dashboard/ and client-specific data access is issued only through the agreed onboarding and authority process.
The dashboard is intended to show users, access reviews, contractor expiry, support status, backup/restore evidence summaries, service notices and monthly reports without exposing internal DeskBridge operations or secrets.
Dashboard boundaries
- Access is role-based and limited to named client-authorised users
- Client viewers can review status and reports where included
- Client approvers can handle access review, leaver and contractor actions where authorised
- Dashboard actions create support, access or change records
- The dashboard does not show passwords, recovery codes, tokens, private IPs, raw logs, firewall rules, supplier account detail, internal hostnames or another tenant data
